Heylo K 120 – indirect oil fired heater
The mobile oil heater K 120 provides efficient and targeted heating. Its versatility is ideal for construction heating, tent heating, event heating and hall heating. The oil heater is compact and easy to transport. Up to 3 hoses can be used specifically for temporary heating.
The Heylo K-series sets the standard for mobile heating technology and has proven itself for years in tough use on construction sites and events.
The original Heylo-ISK® burner concept protects all burner and switching elements and is characterised by ease of operation and maintenance.
The Heylo FPS oil preheating "FlowSecure Preheating-System" ensures perfect operation and is easy to start – even at low temperatures. The single-line oil system complies with environmental regulations in sensitive areas and increases safety against oil spills. Heylo K units stand for reliability, efficiency and low spare parts inventory due to the ISK® burner concept in all unit types.
The HEYtronic control ensures that the fan is switched on and the burner is switched off more precisely. The display makes it possible to monitor the discharge temperatures at any time and to see which components are currently being controlled. This helps in fault diagnosis and in assessing the existing hose installation.
All important operating functions, such as faults and operating hours, can be read easily off the control panel. Due to the location of the control panel on the fan side, the components are extremely well protected against moisture and dirt (dust) from outside by an overpressure in the control box. For additional protection, a protective film can be fitted in front of the control panel (optionally available).
Logisitc advantages due to a width of only 88cm the units require less space on construction sites and can fit through narrow passages Three oil heaters fit side by side on a truck (loading with offset wheels is necessary for this). The oil heater is equipped with side forklift lugs in the format 80 x 170mm as standard. This allows for flexible transportation on construction sites (mobile and mechanised). For transport by crane, the crane eyes are also included as standard equipment. The unit is protected against possible damage to sheet metal during transport and operation by side guards and front and rear brackets.

- Console for mounting attachments (such as chimney, drum fitting)
With different fans (axial and radial) Heylo offers the oil heater K 120 in two versions. The K 120 model has a highly efficient axial compact fan. This fan type has state-of-the-art fan blades. The special biometric shape leads to a reduction in noise and an increase in air performance and pressure. All valve doors comply with the current ERP 2015 efficiency standard.
