Heylo GmbH and Dantherm GmbH today announced that Heylo GmbH has been merged with Dantherm GmbH with retroactive effect from 1 January 2022.

While the Heylo brand will continue to exist and be available on the market, the location of the former Heylo GmbH in Achim will be acting as an operating site of Dantherm GmbH going forward.

Dantherm GmbH and Heylo GmbH both hold a leading position in designing and manufacturing heating, cooling, drying, ventilation and air purification solutions for a wide range of applications and industries for the European B2B markets. With the merger of Heylo into Dantherm GmbH, we are creating an even more efficient setup gearing the company for the future and facilitating further quality and service level enhancements.

The business relationship existing between the former Heylo GmbH and customers will be transferred to Dantherm GmbH by in accordance with existing German law, meaning that all existing contractual relationships with the former Heylo GmbH will be continued unchanged by Dantherm GmbH. Moreover, the merger will not affect daily operations and the current customer contact setup at the Achim location in any way.
